Click the "Pay Now" button below. |

Enter the amount you wish to pay in the "Unit Price" field at the top of the form. |

Next click the "Update Totals" button below the Unit Price information. |

If the fields to enter your credit card information do not appear on the next screen, click on "Continue" next to the credit card symbols at the lower left. You do NOT need to sign into the PayPal box on the right. |

Otherwise, simply fill in the credit card information in the fields on the Complete Credit Card billing information form. You do NOT need to sign into the PayPal box on the right. |

Click the "Review Order and Continue" button at the bottom of the form. |

After entering your information click "Confirm Order" at the bottom. |

Click on "Continue" without logging in to PayPal. |

Click "Pay $ Now" to complete the payment process. |
